Hydra-Cell positive displacement process pumps feature a hydraulically balanced diaphragm or “seal-less” design. It enables the pumps to provide low-pulse, leak-free, low-maintenance performance over a wide range of chemicals, pressures and flow rates. Due to Hydra-Cell’s unique design, these pumps can operate without damage upon loss of prime or at start-up. Units handle abrasives with ease and particulates up to 500 microns. Multi diaphragm models minimize pulsations which allows Hydra-Cell to operate virtually pulse-free, often eliminating the need for expensive pulsation dampeners and promoting the effective transfer of shear sensitive chemicals.
Products
D, F, G, H and M Series Electric Diaphragm Pumps
Hydra-Cell’s positive displacement diaphragm pumps feature a seal-less pumping chamber so there are no seals, packings or cups to leak or replace. This seal-less configuration along with the design of the check valve assemblies enable Hydra-Cell to transfer and meter a vast range of chemicals including polymers, slurries and abrasives. The multiple-diaphragm versions of Hydra-Cell pumps provide virtually pulse-less, linear flow without the need for expensive accumulators and pulsation dampeners.

T and Q Series High Performance Pumps
Hydra-Cell’s T&Q Series pumps deliver optimum performance and reliability in high flow / high pressure applications. These triplex (T-Series) and Quintuplex (Q-Series) positive displacement process pumps feature a hydraulically balanced diaphragm "seal-less" design. This enables the pumps to provide high performance, low-pulse, leak-free and low maintenance operation. With low NPSHr, maintenance friendly CIP chemical head and open yoke which separates the chemical end from the power end, this pump design eliminates leaks, cross contamination, hazards and expenses associated with packing type seals.
