CheckPoint's positive displacement pneumatic pumps are utilized extensively in demanding oil and gas applications worldwide. The wet end remains isolated from the 316SS motor and dependably runs on pressurized gas or liquid without stalling. Checkpoint's double acting design eliminates the need for a return spring improving reliability and reducing maintenance costs.

FXA1250 & 1500 Series Electric Pumps

CheckPoint’s FXA 1250 and 1500 electric pumps are modular, scalable pumps with a highly efficient drive mechanism. Single and multiple FXA drives accommodate a variety of motors and a full range of plunger diameters. Flow control achieved mechanically by a CheckPoint Direct Flow Controller (DFC) or electronically with a motor.

GS Series Calibration Gauges

CheckPoint’s GS Series Calibration Gauges use mandrel-formed glass with an internal diameter accurate to within 1/1,000th of an inch which translates to volumetric accuracy exceeding +/- 0.1%. Other gauges use cheaper extruded tubing which leads to volumetric uncertainty approaching 10%. CheckPoint’s unmatched accuracy produces minimum chemical waste.
