Universal Series ECP Rotary Pumps

Unlike Rotary Lobe style pumps, the (ECP) External Circumferential Piston pumps from WCB utilize arc shaped rotor wings or pistons with tight tolerances that ‘scoop’ the pumped medium rather than pushing it through the cavity.  This results in a long sealing path, greater volumetric efficiency, wide inlet /outlet orifices and less slip.  These pumps perform well with high viscosity fluids, large solids and abrasive liquids without galling or seizing for maximum service life.
