Matt Schroeder founded MJ Systems in 2007 as a factory trained mechanical engineer for SPX>Bran+Luebbe and highly skilled manufacturer’s rep. He is unmatched as a technical authority on Bran+Luebbe equipment in the Gulf of America, and made substantial investments to expand the company to include a large stocking inventory with full service, in-house maintenance and repair.
Kay Schroeder joined MJ Systems in 2012 and started working diligently to expand the company by building up the staff, infrastructure and customer engagement. Today, she manages the company, sales team, marketing and manufacturer relationships. Jessica Jensen joined MJ Systems at our founding in 2008 and brings a wealth of experience to her current role as Operations Manager. She is the heart of the company overseeing procedures and processes for the parts department, and service/repair, personnel and accounting. She is a natural born problem solver, known for her nurturing leadership, exceptional customer service and commitment to excellence.
Cindy Nadiger joins MJ Systems as a factory trained AW Lake expert in flow measurement solutions in 2014. Today, she packages systems like a pro, specifies equipment for the full product suite and is resourceful enough to find the right solutions for the most challenging applications in the industry, on or off line sheet. Don Matherne joined MJ Systems in 2020 as an expert in process automation/controls, pump design, skid design and former Engineering Director at a world renown process pumps and systems company. When you need technical expertise in designing custom packages, creating bespoke integrated solutions, modernizing your technology, and maximizing operational efficiency, he’s your man.
Amanda Barrera joined MJ Systems 2022 and proved so valuable that she is now Assistant Manager of Operations where she brings her positive energy to every task whether it’s streamlining operational processes or accounting. She keeps the operation smooth, efficient and on time. When she’s not typing 90 wpm, you’ll find her motivating the team, sharing a laugh, or brainstorming the next big win.
